Terms of Service
The contractual terms and service agreements governing our software development and SaaS platforms.
1. Agreement Overview By accessing webpixels.net or hiring Webpixels for custom software engineering, SaaS deployment, malware remediation, or digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership Upon full payment for bespoke development milestones, the client receives full commercial ownership of the custom codebase created specifically for their project. Webpixels retains ownership of proprietary foundational core modules, turnkey SaaS engines (such as School ERP core), and reusable libraries.
3. Payment Terms & Milestones Project work is executed in agreed milestones (Discovery, Architecture, Development, Staging QA, Production Release). Invoices are due upon milestone delivery. Turnkey SaaS subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
4. Service Level & Warranties We warrant that delivered software will perform substantially in accordance with documented scope. Emergency malware cleanups include our standard 60-day re-infection guarantee.
