1. Custom Development Sprints For custom engineering projects, work is approved in structured milestone phases. If work on an active milestone has not yet commenced and a refund is requested within 5 business days of deposit, a 100% refund is processed minus third-party gateway fees.
2. Turnkey SaaS Software & Demo Testing We offer interactive live demonstrations for our School ERP and POS systems prior to purchase. If a turnkey SaaS setup fails to meet documented technical specifications within the first 14 days of deployment, our engineering team will rectify the issue or issue a full refund.
